Ram Oil Change Light Reset (2009 – 2018)

This is a step by step guide on how to reset the oil change maintenance reminder light in a 2009 – 2018 Ram Truck (1500, 2500 & 3500) to 100%. This is to be reset after every oil change.

• Turn the key to the on position with the engine off or if this is a push to start truck, press the ignition button once but do not start the engine
• Using the steering wheel controls, scroll to the vehicle info screen in the gauge cluster display
• Scroll to the oil life screen
• Press the right arrow to reset
• Scroll to OK when prompted to confirm reset
• Screen will show 100% oil life when complete
